Get to know Three Little Birds Boutique

The newest shopping destination at The Crossings at Conestoga Creek, Three Little Birds Boutique has been curating a beautiful capsule of clothing and accessories from its flagship store in Mechanicsburg since 2018, followed shortly by the opening of their Hershey store later that year. Woman-owned by Margaret Miller along with her all-female team, this small business is ready to make a big impact on style seekers in Lancaster.

The boutique is inspired by the Bob Marley song of the same name that Margaret used to sing to her kids at night. She has used the don’t-worry encouragement of that song along with her fierce intuition and drive for intentional fashion to grow Three Little Birds into a place of beauty for their loyal customers.

“It is a lot of work to have three thriving stores with plans to grow,” Margaret said. “The secret is the amazing women I work with and their belief in the mission I created—to create beauty through smiles, laughter, and confidence. We are definitely known for our shopping experience and our invested interest in our clients who quickly become friends!”

Each TLB location carries a different collection of brands and pieces that reflect the vibe and style of the area so you can shop all three for more variety and exclusivity. Their commitment to amazing customer service and opening seven days a week sets them apart and draws people in to see their ever-changing selections.

With brands like Liverpool, Z Supply, Free People, Dear John, Marine Layer, and Mink Pink, TLB strives to stock a variety of sizes, price points, and styles for every age and lifestyle. The shops even have two unique labels designed by Margaret and her partner Jess: JoFlower and the just-announced Straitlaced line.

“I started my adult life in Lancaster County,” Margaret shared. “It is fun to be back 15 years later and see how much Lancaster has grown and developed. With its eclectic business community, diverse activities, and wonderful eateries, we are thrilled at the opportunity to be another great addition!”

No matter what is the latest on their shelves, the team is driven by a desire to create and curate pieces their clients are proud to wear. Find the latest in Lancaster at 1200 Gilbert Way, Suite D111, and find all three collections online at
