After months of designing a brand new kitchen and office spaces, TFB Hospitality is officially moving their catering headquarters to King Street in Downtown Lancaster.
TFB Hospitality has been creating exquisite culinary experiences for private events through TFB Catering from their Rock Lititz location since 1980. After months of designing a brand new kitchen and office spaces, TFB Hospitality is officially moving their catering headquarters to King Street in Downtown Lancaster.
In addition to their catering division and Per Diem at Rock Lititz, TFB Hospitality— which is owned and operated by Joshua Funk—already has a presence in the heart of Lancaster through local favorites Annie Bailey’s and Conway Social Club.
This move for their professional catering team marks exciting new opportunities to expand their catering options and uphold their mission to provide a unique eating and drinking experience that your guests will savor.

“We’re excited to dive into the downtown community and become more connected,” said Dakota Ridinger, Director of Catering and Events. “For example, Annie Bailey’s is not currently open for lunch during the week, but now we will be able to offer private events and lunches at the venue or through catering.”
During the pandemic, the company launched TFB Cares, a community nourishment program that delivers meals to local healthcare workers and community organizations. Dakota hopes the new location will open additional avenues for TFB to give back to Lancaster by expanding this programming and working with local nonprofits on their fundraising galas and events.
The expansion will unify TFB’s powerhouse culinary teams and bolster collaboration between the various divisions that the Lancaster community already know and love. With capacity to assist with 100- to 1,000-person events, clients will be able to enjoy specialized tastings for weddings, social events, and corporate events at their new hub and book expanded bar services with the help of the talented bar staff at Conway Social Club and Annie Bailey’s.
