Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development is celebrating 90 years of community impact on March 28, 2026, with a diamond-themed gala at DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Lancaster. Eventgoers can look forward to a seated dinner, live and silent auctions, the unveiling of a special video, entertainment, and so much more!

Community Impact

A nationally recognized pediatric facility, Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development provides family-centered education and therapy programs for infants, children and adolescents with disabilities, developmental delays, and acquired injuries.

Schreiber’s impact extends beyond clinical care by strengthening families and fostering a more inclusive community. Through personalized therapy, early intervention, and educational programs, the organization helps children build essential skills while empowering caregivers with resources and support.

Our son Alex began speech, occupational, and physical therapy at Schreiber when he was young, and for 18 years it was a constant source of care and encouragement. That support helped him grow into the independent adult he is today and played a profound role in our family’s story. As Schreiber celebrates 90 years of empowering abilities, the Diamond Gala brings people together around stories like ours, helping carry that legacy forward and ensuring this extraordinary care remains available to children and families for generations to come.”

Empowering abilities

Celebrating the Schreiber promise, the 90th Anniversary Diamond Gala will feature an exciting evening of community impact. Look forward to a spectacular program featuring live entertainment, curated dining, special anniversary presentations, and an exclusive tribute to the generations who helped Schreiber reach this remarkable milestone.

Some children come to us needing support for a short time, others for many years, but all of their stories matter. Helping children gain confidence, build skills, and discover what they’re capable of is why our work, and the community’s support, means so much.”

-James DeBord, Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development President
