We had the pleasure of enjoying a mini-preview of the specialty dish currently at The Belvedere, seared Duck Breast. Prepared with pumpkin spears, chanterelles, broccolini, and hibiscus leaves this rich explosion of flavors fills you with all things warm and inviting. The meat has a crisp exterior that when pierced by the knife, perfectly slices into a mouth-watering piece.

The minute you bite into this dish, a juicy, tender, almost steak flavor envelops your taste buds, followed by a lingering savory flavor that will leave your mouth asking for more. Creative genius & Executive Chef, Daniel LeBoon, developed this masterpiece.
