A fantastic dinner destination adding seasonal flair to their menu this autumn is the Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant.
Carefully crafted by their executive chef, Matthew Axe, Iron Hill’s fall menu will leave you dreaming for days. Take a moment to explore the incredible meals awaiting you on their menu. This week, Fig staff got the chance to enjoy one such meal!
This fall, you could treat yourself and friends to the extravagant mouth-watering dinner Fig delighted in with the Pan-Roasted All Natural Chicken served with buttery smashed Yukon gold potatoes. This dish is available year-round, but it’s especially recommended during the fall because of its savory autumn flavors. Considered a perfect Thanksgiving dish, this masterpiece is made with fresh herbs that beautifully compliment the juicy, tender chicken. This chicken is served with a side of freshly cooked asparagus for your dose of green!
It wouldn’t be a brewery without some properly themed fall drinks and that’s just what Iron Hill has crafted! If you’re drawn to the malty and spicy side of brews, try the Pumpkin Ale. The artisan creation is a traditional ale with a hint of vanilla, pumpkin spice and real pumpkin meat mixed into the mash. Brewed with the spices of the season, this spiced special is sure to bring all the fall feels. It will be available on draft through the first weekend in November, but if you miss out on this limited release of Pumpkin Ale, don’t worry! You’ll have another chance to get a tasty winter spiced ale from Iron Hill. In December, keep your eyes out for the Winter Warmer a dark malty spiced ale served with a cinnamon and sugar rim.
If hops are your weakness, meet your Kryptonite. Kryptonite IPA is no ordinary double IPA. It’s packed with twice the usual hops for the bitterness that’ll truly surprise your tastebuds. The tropical and citrus hop flavors of the Kryptonite pairs perfectly with buffalo wings, football days and bonfire nights.
Whether you’re looking for an evening meal or an after-work drink, Iron Hill’s fall menu has something for you. Inspired by all things fresh and local, these seasonal specials will truly satisfy every autumn craving. Stop by the restaurant anytime this season to indulge in the deliciousness.
