Fresh Face: Shot & Bottle
Discover Shot & Bottle, new restaurant and bar in Lancaster City.
After months of dreaming, planning, demolition, reconstruction, and rehabilitation on the ground floor of the Griest Building, Andrew and Kate Martin are excited to transform Penn Square and open Shot and Bottle—a new unique restaurant, bar, and PA-focused liquor shop in the heart of Lancaster City.
Shot and Bottle continues the intentional trend of shopping local by offering unique beverage selections from across the state. Shot and Bottle will offer products from eight local distilleries and an unmatched array of beer, wine, and spirits that are Pennsylvania made.
The Shot and Bottle family is ready to introduce Lancaster to products that haven’t been easily accessible until now. With experience and knowledge in spirits production, Andrew and Kate feel passionately that small craft spirits, craft beer, and local wines bring intricate attention to detail, quality ingredients, and creativity to their products. The nuances and intentionality that small batch producers bring to their spirits set them apart in taste and substance from the mass produced counterparts that are available everywhere else. Shot and Bottle is thrilled to introduce innovative cocktails that center around these products, and a full menu that promises an upscale twist on some Pennsylvania Dutch favorites (you know you’re dying to try the chicken pot pie gnocchi). Lancaster is in for a treat!
“I think a lot of people are going to be surprised by the variety of products that are made in PA and are now available to them at Shot and Bottle. We’re excited to make that introduction.” Shot and Bottle’s doors are open from 11 am – 11 pm seven days a week. Stop by and discover the come-as-you are vibe, indulge in the delicious menu, and, of course, cheers to the incredible assortment of locally sourced spirits, beer, and wine.
