Founded in 2020, HQ’s headquarters recently moved to Lancaster City’s growing southeast, where they hope to expand their reach and community involvement. The business is one rooted in the couple’s passion for wellness and Stephen’s 15+ years of industry experience. After the birth of their first daughter, they took the leap to start the business—focused on responsive, customer-first values and deep industry knowledge.
“We’re very active, especially with strength training and biking, so there is a good synergy between what we do and what we love,” Jordan said. “Water treatment is about being aware of what’s in your water and how it’s impacting your home and your family.”
Jordan serves as the Business Development Executive focused on helping them grow their business, while Stephen runs operations and leads the technician team as the Water Quality Expert.
“Our technicians understand the technology it takes to give people the right results,” Stephen shared. “There’s a lot of chemistry involved, and our team really knows how all that works together.”
In a world where quick fixes are being pushed online, Stephen stresses the importance of having trusted experts help you evaluate your water issues, talk through your goals, and make recommendations that will work for you and your home.
“People are becoming more aware of what they’re consuming,” Jordan added. “They’re prioritizing healthy eating and limiting screen time, but we think the fundamental importance of water often gets overlooked, and we’re determined to change that.”
