MEET MICHAEL
A Pennsylvania native, Mike made his foray into the world of restaurants at the age of 16 serving tables in a small cafe. With 12 years of experience and a decade in Lancaster under his belt, Mike was one of the opening bartenders at 401 Prime in 2022 before moving into a leadership role, where you can still find him shaking drinks and cracking jokes behind the bar.
