At My Colors Pop, Kate Stoltzfus is on a mission to help people feel more confident while simplifying their lives through color analysis. As a Certified Image Consultant, she offers private sessions and group color parties from her warm and, of course, colorful home studio along with mini session pop-ups throughout the Lancaster community.
Kate’s career in color started when her family moved from Pittsburg to Lancaster in 2021, as she began looking for something new to do after recovering from a period of health issues and becoming a first-time mom.
“I’ve been a fashion and art lover all my life—even in preschool, I was always creating something or in the dress-up area,” she shared. “When I started seeing these videos online of color analysis, it combined my love for both things, and I knew I just had to do it.”
Kate’s fun and personalized sessions use color theory to help clients find their perfect shades to complement their features from 12 distinct color seasons. She also offers advice on hair color, jewelry, and makeup based on your palette to round out your style.
“Although the experience is a lot of fun, color analysis is also really practical,” Kate explained. “Knowing the colors that really make you shine allows you to pick out clothing and makeup easier and helps you avoid making purchases that don’t make you feel your best when you wear them.”
Her color parties are designed to make the experience even more unique, with complimentary snacks and an extended session for groups of 2 to 4 people. These are perfect, she explains, for friend outings, birthday parties, or team building.
“A session or a party is also a great gift, especially for brides-to-be before they begin planning their wedding or shopping for their dress,” Kate added.
For clients who want to go a step further, you can also add on a closet edit, where Kate can help organize and downsize your wardrobe based on your personalized palette.
