Lupton Law advocates for immigrant and refugee communities
Tackling complex matters in immigration court, Seth and his team are making a difference.
Since graduating in 2015 from Villanova University School of Law, Seth Lupton, Esq., has used his career to advocate for immigrant and refugee communities. Opening law offices in West Chester, Philadelphia, and Delaware, Seth was thrilled to find a space right in Lancaster City for his newest office on North Duke Street.
“I’m really happy to be able to put a flag down in Lancaster,” Seth said. “The community has been one of the warmest and most welcoming communities I’ve encountered.”
As Managing Attorney at Lupton Law, Seth and his team tackle complex litigation matters in immigration court, work with people facing deportation or seeking asylum, help families obtain residency, and assist clients with other critical immigration services like obtaining a green card or working toward citizenship. Lupton Law also offers new client consultations completely free of charge, a practice that sets the firm apart.
Seth grew up in a small town in North Carolina that, much like Lancaster, was a refugee resettlement community. From a young age, Seth was exposed to the specific challenges his community faced. With a heart for service and a law degree under his belt, Seth wanted to find a way to use his skills to make a genuine difference in the lives of his clients.
“This is a field where I feel like you can really help people,” Seth said. “We’re seeing awful things every single day. It makes me happy to know at the end of the day, I was able to help this person and give them a better life, give them a chance to stay here without the fear of going back to a place that failed them.”
