Meet speaker, author, and leadership coach Nicole Lewis-Keeber

For Nicole Lewis-Keeber, her business is built on giving other business owners the tools they need to make lasting changes and achieve audacious goals long-term.

As a business therapist and leadership coach, Nicole has pioneered pivotal work that uncovers the way trauma affects entrepreneurs, working with them to create and nurture healthy relationships with their businesses. Her background in social work and traditional therapy led her to become an author, speaker, and leadership coach who specializing in incorporating therapeutic processes with her coaching to help entrepreneurs build emotionally-sustainable, financially-stable businesses.

“Many of my clients have been to therapists who just don’t understand the reality of running a business or they’ve tried a business coach who is far more interested in ROI than exploring the deeper emotions behind certain patterns they’re experiencing,” Nicole shared. “The reality is you need your business to work for you, not against you, and if you don’t change your day-to-day, you’ll either burn the whole thing to the ground or you’ll be the one to burn out.”

Nicole offers a free assessment for prospective clients to discover how trauma might be affecting their work. From there, she invites you to explore online programs or private coaching. She believes in starting with core issues, tackling the areas of your business where you’re most likely to experience challenges so that she can collaboratively create a path forward with you.

In addition to her work in Trauma Conscious Businesses®, Nicole is also the founder of Insightful Work, a leadership coaching organization that combines the meticulously researched self-led approach of Dare to Lead™ by Brene Brown with Nicole’s decades of clinical and coaching experience in trauma-conscious practices to Unveil Tomorrows Leaders Today.

“Dare to Lead is an empirically based courage-building program—what Brené refers to as a ‘skill-based playbook for leaders,'” Nicole explained. “The most significant finding from her latest research is that courage is not an inherent quality, but rather it is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.”
