Reality Church is building a faith community in Lancaster City
After 12 years at their Hempfield campus, Reality Church is opening its second campus downtown.
Reality Church is opening doors to a new campus at 100 North Queen Street and laying the groundwork for a thriving faith community in the heart of Lancaster City.
“We want to meet people wherever they’re at in their life, journeying with them to find their purpose and find real hope through Jesus,” Joel Pletcher, Lancaster City Campus Pastor for Reality Church, shared. “We’re here to learn about what the city needs and to partner with other organizations and groups that the city is already working with to provide hope and help to people.”
Each Sunday service will be accompanied by food, music, and a vibrant atmosphere where guests can worship, but Reality Church believes that a faith community is meant to extend far beyond the building where a weekly service is held. As the church establishes itself in Lancaster City, the goal is to meet with neighbors in their homes, get involved with nonprofits and community organizations, and come alongside young professionals as they seek to build impactful careers.
“We are all humans who have messy and broken stories,” Joel added. “Reality Church is a place for anybody and everybody who is searching for something deeper in their life,” Joel said.
Reality Church invites you to attend its Opening Sunday on September 15, followed by a launch party with food trucks, live music, charcuterie, bounce houses, and more.
Weekly Sunday services will be held at 9AM and 11AM. Learn more at pursuereality.org.
