Ruby Nolt is the Lancaster-based consultant for SHV

The firm helps clients create a plan for the people side of business.

Fresh Face

Ruby Nolt’s career was fueled by a fierce desire to help people. After working in social work for two decades, Ruby joined the team at SHV, formerly Scott Hackman Ventures, as a consultant and leadership coach based out of Lancaster.

“At my core, I want to serve people with dignity, honor, and respect,” Ruby shared. “I want to make sure they feel heard and seen.”

Her passion for people and her deeply rooted love of her hometown of Lancaster make Ruby a dynamic force for SHV’s presence in this community. SHV is a people development firm, helping leaders and organizations navigate change to reach their full potential. They serve national companies in local communities by guiding business leaders and their people to identify growth solutions through alignment, development, and change management.

“We navigate the people side of business with organizations,” Ruby explained. “We listen, we learn, and then we co-create a customized plan with the client that best serves them and their unique needs.”

“When you meet one of us, you then are brought into the shared intelligence of our whole team,” she added.

The firm takes a collaborative approach, leaning into each other’s strengths to provide their clients with the very best level of care.

“When you interact with Ruby, you are engaging with someone who cares deeply, listens for root causes, and ensures that all people involved in the growth solution have the opportunity to change and reach higher levels of success and achievement,” said Scott Hackman, Founder and CEO of SHV.

“At the end of the day, we want to hear leaders tell us that we provide peace of mind,” Ruby shared.
