Saddle Up for Crystals & Cowboys— CASA’s 15th Annual Heroes Gala and Benefit Auction

Celebrate 15 years with CASA at their annual Heroes Gala Benefit & Auction on September 13, 2025 at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. This year, with the Crystals & Cowboys theme, attendees are encouraged to dress-up in their western best. With a silent auction, dancing, and live music—this gala will be nothing short of a good time. Yee-haw!

CASA’s Biggest Fundraiser

The Heroes Gala and Benefit Auction is CASA’s largest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds benefit their mission to provide a qualified and compassionate court-appointed volunteer advocate to every child in Lancaster and Lebanon County’s foster care systems.

This year’s gala will reflect CASA’s advocacy and advancement towards a future of hope. Crystals reflect the 15-year anniversary, which is often celebrated with a crystal award.

Attendees can enjoy a sit-down dinner, casino games, mechanical bull, and the opportunity to stay the night at the Marriott for a discounted rate.

Giddy Up

This isn’t a regular gala. They invite you to dress to impress in cowboy boots, rhinestones, denim, and fringe—whatever get-up tickles your fancy. Visit the website to view the Crystals and Cowboys style guide.

It’s not a cowboy theme without a bull! Attendees have the chance to hop on Huck the mechanical bull and put their cowboy skills to the test. After a ride on ol’ Huck, enjoy CASA’s Crystal Casino, just for fun and no real gambling.

There will be a silent auction with a variety of items to bid on, from art to gift cards to experiences. Dinner will be served as well as complimentary beer and wine, in addition to a cash bar. Meal choices are selected when tickets are purchased.

The final event of the evening will be a live auction! Then, feel free to stay awhile for music and dancing until 10PM.
