In the summer of 2016, this dynamic duo bought into the franchise and it’s been a thriving, essential piece of the Lancaster City layout ever since.

At first, the dozens of tea options may seem overwhelming, but experts Mike and Judy are there to help. Ask either individual about specials, flavors, and any other tea-related questions and you’re sure to get all the information you need (and more). The team is more than happy to fill you in on caffeine amounts, processing operations, and unique undertones! 

Best part? If you find a tea love, but you only need a small caffeine boost, ask at the counter and the staff would be more than happy to brew you a cup! That’s right. Any tea in-store is available for one, freshly brewed cup purchase (hot or iced)!

As the name implies, the Spice & Tea Exchange also houses some of the finest selections of spices Downtown. Their peppers and paprikas range from smoked and sweet to Hungarian and Spanish!
