California Tiki Night | Study Hall
August 11 @ 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Escape to the golden age of tropical cocktails at our California Tiki Study Hall. Join us in The Conway Room for an evening dedicated to the history, craftsmanship, and enduring influence of tiki culture on the cocktail world. This immersive experience explores the pioneers who defined the movement—including Trader Vic and Don the Beachcomber—and how their creativity transformed rum cocktails into an American classic.
Throughout the evening, you’ll discover the foundations of tiki mixology while tasting a curated lineup of rum-forward cocktails featuring tropical juices, fresh citrus, house-made syrups, and island-inspired flavors. Along the way, you’ll learn the techniques, ingredients, and balance that make tiki drinks some of the most complex and celebrated cocktails ever created. As with every Study Hall, you’ll step behind the bar to build a cocktail of your own under the guidance of our team. To accompany the cocktails, guests will enjoy a traditional Polynesian-style pūpū platter, offering a selection of island-inspired bites designed to complement the evening’s flavors. Interactive games and activities round out the experience, creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere for learning and socializing. Reservations are required. Seating is limited.
