Step into a world where nature’s raw beauty meets artistic imagination in “Between Land and Light”, at Lancaster Art Vault. This exhibition celebrates the transformative power of the natural world. bringing together a diverse range of works, each reflecting unique interpretations of the natural environment. Each piece in “Between Land and Light” explores the dynamic interplay between the earth’s grounded presence and the ephemeral quality of light. The artworks capture the ever-changing moods of nature, evoking the spirit of the wilderness and blurring the lines between human and environment. Through various mediums and styles, the exhibition celebrates the grace, freedom, and mystery found in the natural world. This exhibition invites viewers to pause and reflect on the beauty that surrounds us, the stories hidden in the shadows of trees, the reflections found in water, and the light that dances across open fields. Between Land and Light is a journey through nature’s contrasts—from rooted earth to fleeting skies—offering a space where art and environment meet in harmony. Exhibition Dates: June 6 – July 26, 2025 Location: Lancaster Art Vault, 100 North Queen Street, Lancaster, PA. Important Submission Details: Submission Deadline: April 27, 2025 Notification of Acceptance: May 8, 2025 Drop-off Deadline for Accepted Work: May 24, 2025 Commission: Lancaster Art Vault will take a 30% commission of all work sold. Submission to the Call for Art constitutes an agreement that the artist agrees to the commission split. Submission Process: Artists are invited to submit their works via this submission form. Submission Fee: $20 per artist, payable here. Artists may submit up to 3 pieces of work per each submission. All mediums accepted. No size restrictions on submitted work. Artists are required to drop off and pick up work. LAV will accept shipped work but will not ship work back. Artwork selected through this Call for Art will be exhibited alongside pieces by our Featured Guest Artists. While all participating artists will be recognized on our website, individual names will not appear on marketing posters. All submissions will be reviewed through a blind selection process conducted by the Lancaster Art Vault exhibition team.
