Collage – Hooked on Curiosity with Mimi Shapiro at curio.

This two hour workshop with local artist Mimi Shapiro is all about using collage as a medium for creative play!
Explore color and texture, cut or torn edges and lots of layering as Mimi guides with suggestions and shares some of her own work. You don’t have to be an artist, you can borrow images, paste them down and see what happens. Together we will experiment and you can work towards finding your own creative voice.
Supplies for this workshop will be provided, however if you have materials with particular subject matter that you would like to collage with from magazines, newspapers, books etc you are welcome to bring them along.
Space is limited, pre-registration is required through our website or in the shop.
