Dignity Beyond Accomplishment with Medical Ethicist Dr. Justin R. Hawkins

The Row House Forum is presenting the lecture Dignity Beyond Accomplishment featuring Dr. Justin Ryan Hawkins. This public event will be hosted at The Square Halo Gallery, 37 N. Market Street in Lancaster.
Justin is a young scholar and theologian whose research interests include virtue ethics, disability theory, and bioethical questions related to the dignity of persons with profound cognitive disabilities. He grew up in Breinigsville, PA along with his sister born with Down Syndrome.
Hawkins received his PhD with distinction from Yale University in 2024 and holds an MAR in the Philosophy of Religion from Yale Divinity School and a BA in Government from Georgetown University. He currently lives with his wife and daughter in New Haven and is Post-Doctoral Researcher in Bioethics at Columbia University Medical School.
Seating is limited. Refreshments are included, and there will be ample time for Q&A.
