In this class, we’ll use the practice of yoga to explore patterns of codependency, which has been called “the disease of the lost self.” Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your own needs, strengths, and limitations. This class is ideal for anyone looking to break free from cycles of people-pleasing, and those seeking a deeper connection with their authentic self. No prior yoga experience required. Rebekah Coval is a licensed therapist and certified yoga instructor. She is a lover of poetry, movement, and music, and believes in the power of the arts to connect and heal us.
