Garden Spot Village is delighted to announce its annual Train Room Open Houses, a cherished Lancaster County holiday tradition. These festive events will take place every Saturday from November 29 through December 27, 2025, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the Garden Spot Village Train Room located at 433 S. Kinzer Avenue, New Holland, PA. Visitors of all ages are invited to experience the magic of model railroading. The Train Room features HO-gauge and O-gauge layouts, complete with intricate scenery, bustling towns, and whimsical details that spark imagination. Highlights include: • Thomasville and “Talk with Thomas” Station – A favorite for children and families. • Elevated O-gauge track and themed displays – Showcasing waterfalls, drive-in theaters, and more. • New seasonal additions – Crafted by the Garden Spot Village Train Club to surprise and delight guests. The Open Houses are free and open to the public. Donations are welcome and support the ongoing creativity of the Train Club. “Each year, our Train Room becomes a place where generations gather to share joy and wonder,” said Juanita Fox, Director of Media Experiences and Storytelling at Garden Spot Village. “It’s more than trains—it’s about creating memories and celebrating community.” Event Details • Dates: Saturdays – November 29, December 6, 13, 20, and 27
