Making cocktails is so much more than following a recipe. Whether complex or simple, it’s about creating something visually spectacular that tastes extraordinary. Learn to add your own unique flourish when mixing your guests’ favorite drinks. Join other art and cocktail enthusiasts in the stunning kitchen at Urban Arts House on Thursday, November 6th from 6-8pm, where Clear Ice & Bitters owner Julia Adams will lead this hands-on class, including ingredients and garnishes from local growers and artisans, homemade syrups and concentrates, high-quality mixers, and bitters from around the globe. Bring your favorite spirit (or that odd bottle you received at last year’s holiday party that’s just taking up space in your pantry), or if zero-proof is your preferred drink, bring nothing but your smile. Everything else will be provided. This will not be your average cocktail experience. Plan to have fun!
