Baker is the author of “Leading AI Well: An Executive’s Guide to AI Strategy (The A.I. education your MBA didn’t include).” Most of his work has been at the intersection of engineering and education—using technology to help people and helping people use technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Regent University, a Master of Computer & Information Technology – Data Science & Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in Educational Technology Leadership from The George Washington University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
