Somewhere between a concert and a cocktail party, Allegro Orchestra’s ‘Music in the Round’ concert series features shorter performances in intimate settings, preceded by a festive reception with desserts and beverages. This installment of Music in the Round marks our inaugural performance at the newest destination in downtown Lancaster’s vibrant arts scene: The Lancaster Art Vault. With the musicians positioned in the heart of the gallery, audiences can enjoy a true Music in the Round experience while appreciating local art. We’re also excited to welcome Welsh composer and violist Bernard Kane back to Lancaster where he will perform the viola solo in his piece “Seren Wen.” Enjoy an evening performance or an afternoon matinee with Lancaster’s Joyful Orchestra!
