Organist Larry Hershey returns to the console of the Hill Byrne Christiansen Memorial Organ for a free 30 minute concert on First Friday, October 4, featuring a program entitled “Graveyard Gems”.  The program includes Johann Sebastian Bach’s most famous work, “Toccata in D Minor”, “Funeral March for a Marionette” by Charles Gounod (popularized as the theme for Alfred Hitchcock’s suspense thriller TV show), and “Twilight” by Carol Williams, and concludes with Leon Boellmann’s “Toccata from Suite Gothique”.
