The Red Rose Film Festival is an annual independent film festival returning this year across three different venues: Zoetropolis Cinema Stillhouse, West Art, and Penn Cinema.

Established in 2018, the festival’s mission is “Global Perspectives, Local Impact,” aiming to enrich Central Pennsylvania’s arts and small business community by showcasing diverse independent films, documentaries, shorts, and student projects from around the world. The multi-day event brings together filmmakers, industry professionals, and local film enthusiasts for screenings, opening parties, and community-driven arts programming.
