RegenAll + PCA&D: Visual Poetry Workshop: Grades 10 – 12

In 2026, RegenAll’s Youth Climate Art Exhibition will be a pre-event component of RegenAll’s Annual Climate Summit. Students from around the county will have the opportunity to express their vision of a thriving, resilient, and sustainable “green future” to promote creative and hopeful thinking for the next generation. We hope that their work will inspire decision-makers, lawmakers, and community members to see a better future for our shared environment.
One way for young community members to submit work is in one of our free workshops held at PCA&D! Combining skills in collage and erasure, this workshop introduces students to the myriad ways of crafting visual poems. Supplies will be provided—all you need to bring is an eye for the arrangement of text and images. Led by the Department Chair of the Creative Writing BFA, Caitlin Downs, the session is a guided opportunity to build your own visual narrative.
