Stevens & Smith Center for History and Democracy Opening Weekend

Opening on May 1 at 8AM, in the heart of downtown Lancaster, the restored historic properties once owned by Thaddeus Stevens and his partner Lydia Hamilton Smith are re-envisioned as a state-of-the-art museum and education space.

The Stevens & Smith Center Grand Opening takes over East Vine Street for a buzzing community block party on Saturday, May 2 from 12-6pm!
