Summertrios Free Faculty Chamber Music Concert Series
June 9 @ 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Summertrios is pleased to announce a series of four free faculty chamber music concerts, open to the public, to be held Tuesday, June 9; Wednesday, June 10; Wednesday, June 17; and Thursday, June 18. All concerts are at 8 pm at the Barshinger Center for Musical Arts on the Franklin & Marshall campus. Please see https://www.summertrios.org/events for specific concert repertoire. Performed by Summertrios’ distinguished professional faculty, these concerts will feature a wide range of chamber music repertoire for strings, winds, and piano. The programs highlight the artistry and collaborative spirit at the heart of the Summertrios experience. There are no tickets required. Summertrios is a unique program that inspires and connects adult amateur musicians of all levels through chamber music. Each June, it hosts two weeklong workshops at Franklin & Marshall College, bringing together non-professional musicians from across the country to study and perform in a supportive, collegial environment alongside expert faculty. In addition to its workshops, Summertrios is proud to present these faculty concerts as a gift to the community. Summertrios programs are supported in part by Associated Chamber Music Players (ACMP), an international organization dedicated to people who play chamber music for the love of it. Membership is free. For more information about faculty concerts or summer workshops, contact Leo Sussman, Managing Director, at (313) 509-7909 or manadir@summertrios.org.
