The King’s Brass, an ensemble of 9 brass, percussion, and keyboard Christian professionals was founded by Lancaster County native, Tim Zimmerman, will perform at Highland Presbyterian Church on June 11, 2025. The King’s Brass, for over 25 years, has provided innovative worship for young and old, through their own arrangements from Gabrieli to hymn classics, Handel to jazz spirituals, from Christmas carols to patriotic marches. Mr. Zimmerman, director and trumpet solo artist received his graduate degree from the Peabody Conservatory of Music of the John Hopkins University. He has been a member of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, and assists with the Ft. Wayne Philarmonic and served as Artist-in-Residence and Chairman of the Music Department at Grace College. Joining them for this concert are members of the Highland Chancel Choir, the local Auscultation Brass, and the congregation in selected sing-alongs. Tickets not necessary – a Free Will Offering supports these programs, not the church budget!
