Winter Landscapes: Grades 1-3 at PCA&D

In this course, students in Grades 1-3 will set out to create a winter landscape to showcase their understanding of how to create depth using a foreground, middle ground and a background! Students will explore a variety of traditional and non-traditional landscape artists to design their own artworks Students will use a variety of techniques and materials to create color, depth, and texture to use to put together their own winter landscape! This is a studio based class with a bit of guidance to start followed by one-on-one instruction. Expect your child to have some creative freedom within the bounds of the assignment!
