Just a few miles from the heart of Lancaster City, The Crossings at Conestoga Creek is an open-air, mixed-use development project owned and operated by High Real Estate Group.

With its 2018 opening, The Crossings brought together a diverse range of new stores and restaurants in a Main Street-style retail hub along with 258 high-end residential units, a 127-room Residence Inn by Marriott, and the new Penn State Health’s Lancaster Pediatric Center. Its pedestrian-friendly design and miles of nearby walking trails has cemented it as a place for people to meet and gather, shop and dine, relax, play, and celebrate.

“We’re excited to bring best-in-class tenants to Lancaster County,” said Powell W. Arms, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, High Associates Retail Division. “These are choices that haven’t existed in the community before.”

As construction for the final phase of the project is underway, High Real Estate is bringing the full vision for the complex to life in 2023 after many years of thoughtful planning.

A longstanding investor in Lancaster, High Real Estate has been serving the community by building trustworthy relationships, exceeding client expectations, and committing to sustainability since 1963.
