Beginning Drawing Part 2: Drawing from Observation at PCA&D

Learn to see like an artist in this introductory drawing class focused on observational techniques. Students will practice drawing from real-life objects while exploring core skills such as measuring proportions, capturing shapes, and using light and shadow to create depth. Through guided exercises and supportive instruction, participants will build confidence, strengthen their visual awareness, and develop a solid foundation for further drawing practice. This workshop is primarily studio based paired with one-on-one instruction and some lecture and demonstration.
