Lancaster’s favorite pop-up tradition is back! The Lancaster Recreation Commission (Lancaster Rec), in partnership with Tellus360, is excited to announce the return of the Lancaster Beer Gardens for the 2025 season—a family-friendly and pet-friendly series that transforms city parks into vibrant gathering spaces filled with local brews, food, music, lawn games and community spirit. From June through October, the Beer Gardens will rotate through Musser Park, Buchanan Park, Ewell Plaza, and Conestoga Pines Park, offering residents and visitors a chance to enjoy Lancaster’s green spaces in a whole new way. Each location features a fenced-in area where guests can savor local beer, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages, paired with a rotating lineup of food trucks serving global flavors. Admission is free, but you must be 21+ to purchase and consume alcohol. 2025 Beer Garden Dates & Locations: • Musser Park: June 5–6, June 7, June 12–14, September 4–6, September 12–13 • Buchanan Park: July 17–19, July 24–26 • Ewell Plaza: August 14–15 (Celebrate Lancaster), October 4 (Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration) • Conestoga Pines Park: October 18 (RECtober Fest) “The Lancaster Beer Gardens are more than just a place to enjoy a drink—they’re about reimagining our parks as communal spaces where people of all ages can come together,” said Jack Bingeman, Director of Special Programs at Lancaster Rec. “It’s a celebration of community, local business, and the great outdoors.” Proceeds from the Beer Gardens support Lancaster Rec’s affordable recreation programs.
