Lancaster Spirit: Get to know the TFB Hospitality family
This feature was sponsored by Palm Bay International in partnership with RNDC. Lancaster Spirit highlights local restaurant groups who make Lancaster's food scene extra delicious.
Much like the fusion of ingredients are the key to a perfectly distilled spirit or a well-crafted dish—the team at TFB Hospitality are what comes together to bring their restaurants and events to life. Their family of brands are rooted in community and bring Lancaster County memorable food and beverage experiences at Annie Bailey’s Irish Public House, The Conway Room, Per Diem, and through TFB Catering. Recently celebrating 20 years of Annie Bailey’s, the TFB is proud to unveil a new chapter for the local pub with an elevated menu, curious cocktails and beverages, and the ever-present spirit of Céad Míle Fáilte—a hundred thousand welcomes to the community.
Inspired by ancient Irish vampire tales that are said to have inspired even Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Annie Bailey’s Celtic Vampire is a blood-red sour anchored by tart blood orange, floral hibiscus, and Irish Drumshanbo Pineapple Gin.
Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is sourced from Palm Bay International and RNDC and produced by The Shed Distillery, which was founded by PJ Rigney. PJ is an explorer at heart and was drawn to the wild, untamed beauty of Leitrim, Ireland. When he founded the distillery in 2016, it was the first to be established in the region in more than 100 years—and is now home to a spirits revolution in this sleepy corner of Ireland.
This special feature is sponsored by Palm Bay International in partnership with RNDC—a local alcohol distributor specializing in wine and spirits and stocking many of the bar shelves across Lancaster City. Join RNDC in celebration of summer by picking up an exclusive tasting passport at Annie Bailey’s and other participating restaurants to explore Gunpowder Gin throughout Lancaster
